Delivery & Returns
At Edited by Ivory, we want your shopping experience to be effortless from start to finish. Here’s everything you need to know about receiving and, if needed, returning your order.
Delivery
We ship all orders with An Post, our trusted courier partner.
- Standard delivery within Ireland: 2–3 working days
- Shipping cost: Flat rate €5.95
- Free delivery on orders over €150
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note, delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as Christmas, sales, or new collection launches.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your Edited by Ivory pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item with ease.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate wear cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email us at editedbyivory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repackage your item securely and send it to:

Exchanges
- Please contact us before sending your item back if you’d like to exchange for another size or style, so we can reserve your replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was faulty.
Faulty Items
Each piece is carefully checked before leaving us. In the rare case of a fault, please get in touch straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
