Shopping With Us

  • To shop with us, you must be over 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

  • Please ensure all personal and payment details provided are correct – this helps us process your order quickly and smoothly.

Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your order is confirmed once dispatched.

  • We may need to cancel or refuse an order (for example, if stock has sold out or there is an issue with payment). If this happens, you will be notified straight away.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary, but the price at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Delivery

  • We ship within Ireland and internationally using trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Once your order leaves us, the responsibility for safe delivery passes to the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If for any reason you don’t, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: earrings, intimate garments, and personalised items.

  • Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions.

We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
